These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bennettdumpsterrental.com (the "Site") and the roll-off dumpster rental services offered by Bennett Dumpster Rental ("Bennett Dumpster Rental," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

2. Our Services

Bennett Dumpster Rental provides roll-off dumpster rental to residential and commercial customers across the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas. The Site provides information about container sizes, service areas, and project types. All bookings, quotes, and rates are handled by phone; the Site is informational and does not process orders or payments online.

Descriptions of container sizes, dimensions, and capacities on the Site are provided for general guidance. Actual specifications and availability are confirmed at the time you book by phone.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to request our Services. By requesting Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Rates are quoted by phone based on the details of your project. Any estimate is not binding until confirmed by Bennett Dumpster Rental. Quoted pricing covers what is stated at the time of booking; charges for overages beyond agreed weight limits, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, relocation, or difficult-access placements may apply as disclosed when you book.

5. Rental Terms and Customer Responsibilities

When you rent a container from us, you agree to the following, in addition to any terms provided at the time of booking:

• Placement. You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and accessible placement for the container. You are responsible for any permits required to place a container on a public street or right-of-way.
• Prohibited materials. You may not place hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, wet paint, fuels, oil, tires, batteries, appliances containing refrigerants, electronics, asbestos, or other regulated or prohibited materials in the container.
• Weight limits. Loads must stay within the agreed weight limit for the container, and materials must not extend above the top rim. Overweight or overfilled containers may incur additional charges or require partial unloading.
• Property and surfaces. While we take reasonable care, placement of a container and the delivery vehicle carries inherent risk to driveways and surfaces, and you accept responsibility for the placement location you designate.
• Rental period. The container must be available for pickup at the end of the agreed rental period. Extended rentals may be arranged and may be subject to additional charges.

6. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site. You may not, for example, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Bennett Dumpster Rental and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except that you may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our Services.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
